Financial Services Guide
Skybound Fidelis Investment Ltd ACN 151 776 706 (‘Skybound Fidelis’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) holds Australian financial services (‘AFS’) licence number 409847 and is the provider of the financial services described in this Financial Services Guide (‘FSG’). This FSG was prepared on 10th July 2026 and replaces all previous versions.
The purpose of this FSG is to assist you in deciding whether to use the financial services provided by Skybound Fidelis. It contains important information about:
- who we are;
- how we can be contacted;
- the financial services we are authorised to provide;
- how we and our representatives are remunerated;
- conflicts of interest;
- our internal dispute resolution procedures;
- how you can access external dispute resolution; and
- our compensation arrangements.
This FSG is intended to help you decide whether to use the financial services we provide. This FSG should be read together with any product disclosure statement (‘PDS’), target market determination (‘TMD’), information memorandum or other disclosure document relating to a financial product.
Skybound Fidelis provides general financial product advice only. Any advice contained in our publications, website, marketing material, presentations or discussions has been prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Before acting on any general financial product advice, you should consider whether it is appropriate having regard to your own circumstances. You should read the relevant PDS and other disclosure documents before deciding whether to acquire or continue to hold an investment. If you want personal financial product advice that takes into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, you should consult a financial adviser.
(a) Who we are
Skybound Fidelis is an AFS licensee that manages and offers a range of investment products and investment opportunities to retail and wholesale investors.
Depending on the relevant product or service, Skybound Fidelis may act in different capacities, including as the responsible entity of a registered managed investment scheme or the trustee of an unregistered managed investment scheme. The capacity in which Skybound Fidelis acts for a particular financial product or service is described in the relevant PDS, information memorandum or other disclosure document.

(c) Documents you may receive
If you choose to invest in one of our financial products, you may receive important disclosure documents, which may include a PDS, TMD (where required under the law), supplementary disclosure documents, information memorandum or other offer documents. These documents contain important information about the relevant financial product, including its features, benefits, risks, fees and costs, and should be read carefully before making an investment decision.
Copies of any applicable TMD are available free of charge on our website or upon request.
(d) Providing instructions to Skybound Fidelis
You can give us instructions by telephone, mail or email. There may be special instruction arrangements for some products. Any special instructions will be explained in the relevant PDS (or other offer document). We may require certain instructions to be provided in writing or in another form acceptable to us.
(e) Personal information
At Skybound Fidelis, the privacy of personal information is important to us. Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Our privacy policy details how we comply with the requirements of the Privacy Act in the handling of your personal information. It also explains how we collect, use, disclose and store your personal information, how you may access or correct your information and how you may make a privacy complaint.
A copy of our privacy policy can be obtained by visiting the Skybound Fidelis website at www.skyboundfidelis.com.au. If you would like a copy of the information we hold for you, please contact us. We may charge you our reasonable costs of accessing and/or photocopying your personal information that you request.
Under its AFS licence, Skybound Fidelis is authorised to provide the following financial services to retail and wholesale clients:
- the provision of general financial product advice in respect of interests in managed investment schemes (excluding investor directed portfolio services) and securities;
- dealing in a financial product by:
- issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of derivatives, interests in managed investment schemes (excluding investor directed portfolio services) and securities;
- applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product on behalf of another person in respect of basic deposit products, derivatives, general insurance products, interests in managed investment schemes (excluding investor directed portfolio services) and securities;
- operating the following kinds of registered managed investment schemes in its capacity as responsible entity:
- Skybound Fidelis Pooled Mortgage Fund 1 (ARSN: 633 239 924);
- schemes which only hold direct real property, financial assets and mortgages; and
- operating custodial or depository services (other than investor directed portfolio services).
We provide our financial services through our website, PDSs, scheme application forms, investor communications and other disclosure documents relating to our financial products and services.
(a) Payments to Skybound Fidelis
Skybound Fidelis, its related bodies corporate, directors, employees, representatives, associates and other service providers may receive remuneration, fees or other benefits in connection with the financial services described in this FSG. These may include salaries, director fees, management fees, trustee or responsible entity fees, performance fees, transaction fees, reimbursement of expenses, and other benefits. Details of fees and costs payable in relation to a particular financial product will be set out in the relevant PDS, information memorandum or other disclosure document.
(b) Commissions
Skybound Fidelis does not receive commissions in relation to its financial products or services.
(c) Remuneration or other benefits received by Skybound Fidelis staff
Our employees and directors may receive salaries, superannuation, incentive payments, bonuses and other employment benefits from us where permitted by law.
(d) Remuneration or benefits paid to those who refer clients to us
Skybound Fidelis does not pay conflicted remuneration which is prohibited under the Corporations Act. Where referral arrangements exist and disclosure is required by law, those arrangements will be disclosed to investors.
Skybound Fidelis has policies and procedures for identifying, managing and monitoring actual, potential and perceived conflicts of interest.
All transactions in which Skybound Fidelis may have, or may be perceived to have, a conflict of interest will be conducted in accordance with Skybound Fidelis’ related party transactions and conflicts of interest policy. Under this policy, Skybound Fidelis may be required to disclose conflicts of interest to investors and to ensure that its disclosure is timely, prominent, specific and meaningful and contains enough detail to understand and assess the potential impact on the service provided by Skybound Fidelis.
(a) Making a complaint
Skybound Fidelis is committed to providing a high standard of client service and providing financial services efficiently, honestly and fairly. If our level of service or quality of our financial services or products has failed to meet your expectations, we would like you to tell us.
If you have a complaint about the financial services or products provided by Skybound Fidelis, then you are entitled to have your complaint dealt with in a fair, timely and transparent manner in accordance with our internal dispute resolution procedures and applicable law.
If you have a complaint, you can contact Skybound Fidelis by phone, email or post using the contact details set out in this FSG. Each complaint will be considered promptly, fairly and objectively under Skybound Fidelis’ internal dispute resolution procedures. We aim to resolve complaints as soon as practicable and within the timeframes required by applicable law. For most complaints, we will provide you with a written response within 30 calendar days of receiving your complaint. If you are not satisfied with our response, or we do not resolve your complaint within the required timeframe, you may lodge your complaint with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority Limited (‘AFCA’), of which Skybound Fidelis is a member (member no. 28312) . (b) Compensation arrangements
Skybound Fidelis maintains a professional indemnity (‘PI’) insurance policy intended to satisfy the compensation requirements undersection 912B of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Subject to its terms and conditions, this PI insurance policy covers civil liability arising from third party claims relating to the financial services provided by Skybound Fidelis and its employees and representatives.
