Sallyanne Atkinson AO
Chairman (Non-Executive)

Sallyanne’s expertise in matters of governance and company processes and procedures, together with her acknowledged presentation skills are used extensively in business consulting engagements and in leadership roles.
Sallyanne is on the boards of several organisations, is Chairman of the Museum of Brisbane and on the Boards of the Queensland Brain Institute and the Waltzing Matilda Centre at Winton.
Previous roles include Special Representative for Queensland in South East Asia, Chairman of Tourism Queensland and Australia’s Senior Trade Commissioner to France, Belgium, Tunisia, Algeria and Morocco and Co-chair of the Ministerial Dementia Advisory Group (Commonwealth). Sallyanne was also Lord Mayor of Brisbane. She has extensive non-executive director experience and was involved in bids for the Olympics and served as Deputy Mayor of the Athletes Village during the Sydney Olympics 2000.

Dean Palmer is an experienced business professional with more than 25 years of experience across a variety of industries including finance, property, and funds management.
Dean is the founder and CEO of Skybound Fidelis Investment Limited and also serves on the Boards of all subsidiary and associate companies within Skybound Australia’s diverse range of investments in Australia.
Dean Palmer is an experienced business professional with more than 20 years of experience across a variety of industries including finance, property, and funds management.
His career includes senior executive and leadership roles with Arthur Andersen and Norwich Union Life. Prior to becoming CEO and Director of Skybound Fidelis, Dean was the CEO of a specialist Brisbane-based property fund manager with A$0.5 billion in property under management.
Claude Xavier Santucci
Non-Executive Director
After ten years in banking in Europe, North America and Asia, and 12 years back in Australia with Macquarie Bank, Claude established a financial planning practice in July 1987 which grew to advise on over $300 million of client funds.
As president of the Boutique Financial Planners Group, he had an active role in the promotion of the financial planning profession. He continues to consult to smaller financial planning groups.
